Super Saver Shipping:
Orders are shipped via Ground carrier and delivered by the US Post Office or an equivalent carrier within 3-5 business days of when we ship your order. The shipping and handling cost for each order is as low as $5.95 for packages weighing less than 4 lbs. The shipping price increases by about $1.00 for each additional 2.5 lbs up to 15 lbs. to a maximum 0f $9.95 for orders up to 20lbs. If the Order exceeds 20 lbs. you will charged regular freight charges based on weight and an additional email will be sent with details regarding the cost. Upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation and a tracking number so you can track your order.
Priority Mail:
Orders are shipped via US Priority Mail to military addresses, P.O. boxes, Alsaka and Hawaii and delivered within 3-6 business days of when you place your order (military addresses may take longer). For orders shipped to military addresses and P.O. boxes in the 48 contiguous states, the s&h costs are $6.95 for 1 item, $8.95 for orders with 2 items and $10.95 for orders with 3 or more items. For orders to Alaska and Hawaii the s&h costs are based on the weight of the items and calculated during checkout. Upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation and a delivery confirmation number so you can confirm that your order has shipped.
UPS Shipping Options:
UPS Ground is available within the 48 contiguous United States. You will be charged a rate of $7.95 for packages weighing less than 4 lbs; $8.95 for packages weighing 4-9 lbs.; and 10.95 - $13.95 for packages weighing more than 9 lbs. up to 20 lbs. If the Order exceeds 20 lbs. you will charged regular freight charges based on weight and an additional email will be sent with details regarding the cost. Upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation and a tracking number so you can track your order.
International Orders:
We ship internationally on a limited basis only based on weight and destination. The charges will appear upon checkout for your review before you are charged.
Payment Options:
Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
Money Orders: Must be drawn in US funds.
Checks drawn in US Funds: In order to maintain our low prices, it's necessary for us to wait for checks to clear deposit before shipment, so please allow an extra 7 days. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
COD Orders: We do NOT accept COD orders.
Damaged Shipments:
We make every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then issue you credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise.
Return Policy:
Please email us at: returns@healthandfitnessdepot.com for return authorization prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in sellable condition in order to receive credit. Full credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 15 days of your receipt of shipment. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to authorized returns received after 15 days and a 25% restock fee will be applied to unauthorized returns. Product returns cannot be accepted after 30 days. We cannot refund the shipping costs to return merchandise to us.
